If you are one of the many people a year who order a custom BMW from us, then you are probably wondering what the process is from order creation to delivery. We want to help make the process as simple and seamless as possible, so you can get your garage ready for the new addition. If you have any questions regarding an order you placed with us, please call your Client Advisor. Alternatively, you can call and ask for a BMW Genius for tracking assistance. In general, expect 4-5 weeks for BMWs assembled in the USA (most X models) and 10 weeks for BMWs assembled outside of the USA. This timeline is from the start of production, not from the time of order placement. Please note that all dates are estimates. A variety of factors can affect vehicle delivery timing. Special order requests may extend the timeline.
