How To Track Your Order

If you are one of the many people a year who order a custom BMW from us, then you are probably wondering what the process is from order creation to delivery. We want to help make the process as simple and seamless as possible, so you can get your garage ready for the new addition. Below you will find links to other pages that will show you how to login to the BMW website, track your orders progress, and the timeline of your order.

If you have any questions regarding an order you placed with us, please call your Client Advisor. Alternatively, you can call and ask for a BMW Genius for tracking assistance. In general, expect 4-6 weeks for BMW’s built in the USA (most X models) and 10 weeks for BMW’s built out of the USA. This timeline is from start of production, not from time of order placement. Special order requests may extend the timeline.
