Make sure the BMW Connected App is installed on a compatible Samsung device. You need to be logged in and your BMW has to be linked with the Connected App. When you purchase a BMW with comfort access, one Digital Key is included.

After the installation of the Digital Key to your BMW Connected App the device is ready to be activated in the vehicle. Now you can already open your BMW holding your Samsung device vertically and with the back against the door handle on the driver’s side.
