Pre-Visit Checklist & Quick Tips

To comply with current regulations, we are open for Private Viewing Experience appointments made via phone, online or walk- in.

A Private Viewing Experience is a customized 2-hour window reserved for you and up to 1 additional guest with your Client Advisor. This time is intended to address specific questions and/or needs on the road to your next vehicle, such as test drives or taking physical delivery.

In order for us to maximize your time and visit, we need to prepare a few items prior to your arrival. The Pre-Visit Checklist below is designed to do just that! By completing this checklist in advance, you enable us to address your needs efficiently and effectively greatly reducing your time spent here at the dealership. And, that is the ultimate goal: to limit the overall number of guests and their time spent at our facility in order to protect the health and safety of our guests, employees, and community.

In addition, you will find some helpful tips below to make your Private Viewing Experience at BMW of Minnetonka simple & enjoyable:

• When you arrive at BMW of Minnetonka you will find designated parking.
• You may enter the dealership via the main doors where there will be hand sanitizer and face coverings available for you to use before your visit.
• Reminder that we request you to limit your visit to 2 hours and up to one additional guest.
• You can also contact your Client Advisor with any questions you may have prior to your appointment.
