Max, the sales rep has been great. However the car was delivered with a flaw in the protective coat which I now have to make a special trip to repair. Also, Sirius radio does not work... With all the changes to my previous x3, an overview with one of your geniuses' would certainly be helpful.....

I like tge staff of the vendor. I have a 2002 M5, a 2015 535xi and now a 2025 i5. Your 5 series cars have grown quite a bit every generation. Its has grown to the point that I don’t enjoy it as much anymore

Great service and amenities. The mechanic’s video summary of your vehicle is a nice touch. Be careful with some of the pricing as regular maintenance can get pricey without good reason - A $250 air filter, for example.

Walking into that dealership felt like stepping into a luxury magazine. The salespeople were friendly without being pushy, which I appreciated. Explaining my needs was easy, and they listened attentively. While the whole process took less time than usual, though still a bit longer than I had hoped, it was ultimately a smooth experience. Overall, I would say they deserve a solid thumbs-up!

I recently got my car serviced by them. The entire experience was incredible. The folks were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on. They took my car and got me off with a very nice and luxurious loaner. The entire process took like 10 minutes. Got my car fixed in a couple days - gave me detailed results including a video from the tech himself while he was fixing the issue. Would 100% recommend it to everyone and will go there again. They’ve earned my business for life!
